Inah South Africa – Return & Refund Policy

At Inah South Africa, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • In the same condition as when you received it.

  • Due to the nature of our products (bottled beverages), we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed items unless the product is defective or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).


3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is:

    • Incorrect (wrong item sent),

    • Damaged during delivery, or

    • Defective (quality concern),
      please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

Note: Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please email us at [insert email].


6. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period).

  • Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected.

  • Return courier fees will be at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
