Welcome to Inah South Africa. By accessing or purchasing from our online store (inah.co.za), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Inah South Africa (“we”, “our”, “us”) sells bottled juice products that are designed to resemble wine.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Products

Our products are non-alcoholic juices and do not contain alcohol.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

If payment is not received within the required time, your order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

Returns are only accepted for unopened products in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information when placing an order.

You agree not to misuse our products or represent them as alcoholic beverages.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inah South Africa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

Your data will only be used to process orders, deliver products, and communicate with you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
